Growing up in Middle Tennessee, Baird Graham has a respect and understanding of the traditions, landscape, and architecture that uniquely define this area.
Baird Graham Construction (BGC Portfolio) is known for quality and attention to detail, using timeless craftsmanship to create homes with architectural integrity. Their projects can be found throughout Nashville, Brentwood, and Franklin, and are also represented in the Eastman Preserve home designs.

Eastman’s Preserve is perfectly located less than four miles from the heartbeat of Brentwood, TN and neighboring Nashville and Franklin. Each meticulously crafted home has been designed with timeless architecture, thoughtful interiors to create a custom and sophisticated property.
WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
The soil that the Eastman’s Preserve community stands on is rich with a legacy of goodwill. In 1891, Mrs. Georgia Eastman felt a call on her life to build and provide a home for the orphaned in the city of Nashville. In just six months, her dream was realized. That year the first home was opened to children in need, eventually becoming known as the Tennessee Baptist Children’s Homes.
Twenty years later, in 1911, they purchased a permanent residence—a vast property located on Franklin Road—a residence that would prove to stand over 100 years, serving children in Nashville.
In order to continue and expand their ministry, the land to build Eastman’s Preserve was recently sold by the Tennessee Baptist Children’s Homes. The proceeds of the land sale will be used to continue building better lives for the children in our city.
