PREPARE FOR CLOSING

An attorney will verify that there are no issues that would prevent the transfer of title.

FINAL WALK THROUGH

Before closing, we will go through the home to verify al repairs and other agreed upon terms have been met.

AT CLOSING

After the Buyer & Seller have both signed, and the loan is funded, your home is officially own your new home!

KEYS

You’ll be given a set of keys to your new home at or after closing. For security reasons, we encourage you to change the locks before moving in.

MORTGAGE PAYMENT

At closing, written instructions will be provided to you with details for making your first payment.

PROPERTY TAXES

At closing, property taxes will be prorated between you and the Seller. It is your obligation to make sure the taxes are paid when due in the future. Check with your Lender to find out if taxes are part of your mortgage payment and paid by the Lender from the escrowed funds.

AFTER CLOSING

RECORDED DEED

Once the deed is recorded with the county, the original deed wil be mailed to you within 4-6 weeks.

TITLE INSURANCE POLICY

If you did not receive a copy at the closing table, expect to receive it in the mail within 4-6 weeks.
